ÿþ

BY THE NUMBERS
<space>
Once more, it s that festive time of the year. Time to give. And what better item to give you all, than the gift of& information. Now, what sort of information are we talking about? Well, how about everything your ever wanted to know about E-Fed names. What I have done is scan over the net, and examine 140 different e-fed s and compiled some figures about the names they used. Listed below are the facts I have found&

Each Federation is called something, not just an E-fed . Listed below are the most common base-words to describe their websites. However, just to be fair and to eliminate all those WWE-ECW-WCW references, I have NOT used any such E-Feds, you know those Ultimate SD vs. RAW or WCW: Reborn websites. Anyways, here we go&

1) 81 = Wrestling (as in Full Throttle Wrestling)
2) 20 = Federation (as in the Universal Wrestling Federation)
3) 16 = Alliance (as in the Global Wrestling Alliance)
4) 10 = Association ( as in the Championship Wrestling Association)
5) 6 = League (as in the Mixed Combat League)

But now that you know what to call your place, what others words should you consider? Mystic sounds nice. How about Dynamic, or Glorious?Well, again, using the same 140 E-fed s as a reference I have compiled a list of the most often used words. Some feds have used one, some several of these words but each time I have encountered the word, I registered it appropriately. Anyways, here we go again&

1) 31 = Championship ( as in Maximum Championship Wrestling )
2) 21 = X-treme (or Extreme, as in X-treme Wrestling Federation )
3) 14 = Ultimate ( as in Superior Ultimate Wrestling )
4) 10 = Revolution (as in Revolution Wrestling )
5) 9 = Hardcore (Hardcore, as in The Xtreme Hardcore Federation )
6) 6 = Insane ( as in the Insane Championship Wrestling )
7) 5 = New (as in the New Alberta Pro Wrestling)
8) 4 = Violent (also Violence, as in the Extreme Violence Wrestling )

So, what can we make out of all of this? Well, using the most common words from the list above and the top used base name I have come up with the most commonly used name (or a various of it at least), and it is& (drum roll please !!!!)

CHAMPIONSHIP X-TREME WRESTLING using the initials, CXW or CEW

Sounds pretty corny don t ya think? I looked over Anglefire.com and came across two such E-feds, which figures, because it sounds just like the sort of thing you d find in one of those crappy Angelfire, ad-filled, slow-loading, graphically-challenged sites.
<space>
